Interested parties may purchase the Tender Document from the office of the Director General,
Directorate of Field Publicity, Government of India, East Block-IV, Level - III, R.K.
Puram, New Delhi-110066. on any working day against cash payment of Rs.100/-
( Non-refundable )from 17-12-2008 to29-12-2008 between 1000 hrs(IST) to 1300 hrs(IST)
In case last date of sale/submission/opening of Tender is declared as holiday the Tender can be
obtained/submitted/opened on the next working day.
The Tender Form is also available at DFP’s website i.e www.dfp.nic.in.The Firm who download the tender form
from the web site for participating in the tender process must submit Rs.100/- ( Rupees One Hundred )
only through Bank Draft in the name of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Directorate of Field Publicity
along with their techno-commercial bid. The tender can be put in the tender box or sent to Director
General at the above address.
Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
